Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
We require a credit card on file for booking purposes.
A fee is applied for cancellations less than 24 hours and No-Shows
- $75.00 fee for Initial Hormonal Consultations and EmSuite appointments.
- $50.00 fee for Follow-up Hormonal appointments.
- $25.00 fee for Weight and Lab appointments.
Rescheduling Policy:
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible.
You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will get charged a cancellation fee.
Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a No-Show.
